Does TubeFantastic replace YouTube?
No. TubeFantastic links to videos hosted on YouTube. The book gives families a calmer way to open selected videos without browsing the recommendation feed.
Who is TubeFantastic for?
TubeFantastic is for parents, caregivers, homeschool families, and educators who want a simple collection of age-aware videos without handing a child an open-ended search experience.
How much does TubeFantastic cost?
Monthly packs are $24.99 with free shipping. Single books are $29.99 with free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Each TubeFantastic book is printed to order and normally arrives in approximately 2 weeks. We send tracking information when the shipping carrier provides it.
How do I cancel a monthly subscription?
Use the Manage Subscription page to request a secure Stripe management link. Cancel before the next monthly renewal to stop future charges and books. A book already paid for and sent to production is not canceled when future renewals are stopped.
What if a printed book arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@tubefantastic.com within 30 days of delivery with the order email address and photos of the problem. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a damaged, defective, or materially incorrect book.
What happens if a video link stops working?
TubeFantastic checks QR links before a book is sent to print. If a video later becomes unavailable, the QR system can route that spot to a replacement video when an approved backup is available.
Will every book have the same number of videos from each channel?
Not always. TubeFantastic values giving kids a healthy mix of voices, styles, and formats, and we try to avoid books that feel like the same channel over and over. Each pack still has to be built from videos that are actually available on YouTube, still public, age-appropriate, on-topic, the right length, and professional enough to include. Some trusted channels may appear more often in a pack when they have the strongest available videos for that subject.
Is TubeFantastic affiliated with YouTube or Google?
No. TubeFantastic is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. YouTube channels own and control their own video content.
Is TubeFantastic an app?
TubeFantastic is primarily a physical book product with an app experience for scanning and watching. A phone camera can open the QR link in a browser if the app is not installed, but the browser version is more limited and may not support the same full-screen, pairing, and book-control experience.
Do children need to search for videos?
No. The point of the book is that each QR code opens a chosen video directly, so children are not asked to search, browse, or pick from a recommendation feed.
Are the books personalized?
TubeFantastic packs are curated by age, subject, and use case. They are not custom-made for one individual child.
Can schools or teachers use TubeFantastic?
Yes. TubeFantastic includes classroom-oriented packs for Pre-K, early elementary, third grade, social skills, reading, science, art, music, and flexible classroom use.
Does TubeFantastic control YouTube ads?
No. TubeFantastic is an intermediary: our QR codes open selected videos, but the videos still play through YouTube. If YouTube shows ads for a video, those ads can appear when the video is opened from TubeFantastic too, including during auto-advance. YouTube Premium can reduce or remove YouTube ads when YouTube recognizes the viewer as signed into a Premium account wherever the video opens.
Can YouTube still show its own buttons or recommendations?
Sometimes, yes. TubeFantastic is designed to avoid starting from YouTube search, autoplay, or a recommendation feed, but the videos are still hosted in YouTube’s embedded player. Depending on the device and YouTube’s current player behavior, YouTube may show its own controls, links, ads, or related video surfaces. This is most noticeable on tablets, computers, or browsers where the player can be clicked or tapped. On many TV setups, children may have fewer ways to interact with those extra controls unless they also have the TV remote or another input device.
What is Big Screen Mode?
Big Screen Mode is an optional way to send a TubeFantastic video from the scanning device to a larger screen through TubeFantastic pairing controls.
