TubeFantastic provides physical books with QR codes that open curated YouTube videos through the TubeFantastic website, player, and mobile apps. This policy explains what information is used when someone visits the site, scans a QR code, uses Big Screen Mode, or places an order.

TubeFantastic is designed for use by parents, caregivers, and educators. Children should use TubeFantastic with adult supervision.

When a QR code or video page is opened, TubeFantastic may process technical information needed to show the correct video, such as the pack, book number, slot number, video title, YouTube video ID, page URL, approximate request time, browser or device type, and basic diagnostic logs.

Big Screen Mode uses a temporary pairing session so a phone or tablet can control a TV browser. That session may include a pairing code, session ID, selected video, playback command, playback status, and expiration time.

If camera scanning is used in the mobile app, the camera is used to read the QR code on the device. TubeFantastic does not upload camera images for QR scanning.

If an order is placed, checkout and payment information is handled by Stripe. Shipping and print fulfillment information may be sent to Lulu when live print fulfillment is enabled.

TubeFantastic links to and embeds videos from YouTube. YouTube may receive information from a viewer's browser or device according to Google and YouTube policies. TubeFantastic does not own, host, or control YouTube video content or YouTube advertising.

TubeFantastic uses service providers to run the product, including hosting, database, payment, and print fulfillment providers. These providers process information only as needed to operate the site, apps, checkout, support, and fulfillment.

TubeFantastic does not require children to create an account, enter a name, post content, or communicate with other users. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a way that requires parental consent, we will delete it or obtain consent as required by applicable law.

Parents, caregivers, and educators can contact us with privacy questions or deletion requests.

We use information to show the right video, keep Big Screen Mode working, process orders, fulfill printed books, respond to support requests, detect broken links, improve reliability, and protect TubeFantastic from fraud or misuse.

TubeFantastic does not sell personal information.

You can contact TubeFantastic to ask questions, request access to information associated with an order or support request, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be kept for legal, security, accounting, or fulfillment reasons.
