TubeFantastic books contain QR codes that link to videos on YouTube. We do not own, host, or control any of the video content. All videos are the property of their respective channel owners and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Videos and channels may be removed, made private, or otherwise become unavailable at any time without notice — by the channel owner, by YouTube, or due to copyright claims. When this happens, scanning a QR code will display an unavailable message rather than the video.

TubeFantastic is not responsible for the removal or unavailability of any linked content. We do not guarantee that any specific video will remain accessible for any period of time.

TubeFantastic is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any of the content creators whose videos may appear in our books. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

Videos included in TubeFantastic books are selected by human curators based on age appropriateness, educational value, and quality at the time of curation. Content on YouTube channels can change over time. We recommend that parents and educators preview videos and monitor children's viewing when possible.

Age band recommendations are provided as general guidance only and are not a substitute for parental judgment. What is appropriate varies by child.

TubeFantastic itself contains no advertisements. However, YouTube may display ads before or during videos, depending on the channel's monetization settings and the viewer's YouTube account settings. We have no control over YouTube's advertising. Using YouTube Kids or a YouTube Premium subscription can reduce or eliminate ads.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeFantastic and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: the unavailability of linked content; changes to content on third-party platforms; or any other matter relating to the use of our products or services.
