TubeFantastic books contain QR codes that link to videos on YouTube. We do not own, host, or control any of the video content. All videos are the property of their respective channel owners and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

Videos and channels may be removed, made private, or otherwise become unavailable at any time without notice, by the channel owner, by YouTube, or due to copyright claims. When this happens, scanning a QR code will display an unavailable message rather than the video.

TubeFantastic is not responsible for the removal or unavailability of any linked content. We do not guarantee that any specific video will remain accessible for any period of time.

TubeFantastic uses YouTube API Services and the YouTube embedded player. By using TubeFantastic features that play YouTube videos, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also review the Google Privacy Policy, Google's advertising data practices, and YouTube's information about embedded videos and privacy-enhanced mode.

A parent or caregiver must review and acknowledge TubeFantastic's privacy policy and legal terms before YouTube playback features are used on a device. TubeFantastic stores that acknowledgment locally on the device and does not send it to a TubeFantastic server.

TubeFantastic is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any of the content creators whose videos may appear in our books. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

Videos included in TubeFantastic books are selected by human curators based on age appropriateness, educational value, and quality at the time of curation. Content on YouTube channels can change over time. We recommend that parents and educators preview videos and monitor children's viewing when possible.

Age band recommendations are provided as general guidance only and are not a substitute for parental judgment. What is appropriate varies by child.

TubeFantastic itself contains no advertisements. However, YouTube may display ads before or during videos, depending on the channel's monetization settings and the viewer's YouTube account settings. We have no control over YouTube's advertising. TubeFantastic uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed mode where officially supported, but YouTube advertising and related YouTube data processing remain unresolved third-party risks that should be reviewed before Google Play launch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeFantastic and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: the unavailability of linked content; changes to content on third-party platforms; or any other matter relating to the use of our products or services.

TubeFantastic books are printed to order. Delivery normally takes approximately two weeks, although printer or carrier delays can occur. Tracking is sent when the carrier provides it.

An order generally cannot be canceled after it enters production. If a book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact hello@tubefantastic.com within 30 days of delivery and include the order email address and photos of the problem. TubeFantastic will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

A monthly subscription charges $24.99 plus applicable tax when it begins and once each month afterward until canceled. Each successful payment orders the next book in the selected 36-book pack. Shipping is included.

Customers may cancel online at any time through the Manage Subscription page. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation does not reverse a charge that already ordered a book for production. The subscription is scheduled to end after Book 36 and does not automatically begin another pack.
